Sobre o Venham + 5 e Western na BD Portuguesa vou falar com os meus colegas juris.

Sobre a categoria "Melhor Cartoon" - mudou o nome mas continua igual ao ano passado, ou seja, premeia o melhor álbum de tiras cómicas, pranchas cómicas, cartoon ou caricatura. Apenas alterou-se para um nome mais curto para ser mais "amigável".

Assim sendo o SM&F não se insere, pois é um livro de bd de humor em história contínua, como é o caso do Corvo 3, por exemplo. O SM&F estaria na secção "Melhor Álbum", só que não foi nomeado.

Grato pelo destaque aos Troféus e de novo parabéns!

Embora, como diz o press, vamos editar texto a esclarecer os principais motivos e critérios da remodelação dos TCC – que tardou devido a problema no portal esta semana… – aproveito p/ responder aos reparos. Mas antes, importa salientar que apesar de estarmos melhor servidos com estes novos estatutos do evento, obviamente falta aparar arestas; motivo pelo qual anunciámos os nomeados uma boa semana antes de iniciar a votação, exactamente p/ se acautelar eventuais criticas e sugestões de valor. Foi p/ isso tb que se abriu um tópico oficial no fórum do portal, p/ se colocarem dúvidas etc.

Adiante. Uma das primeiras alterações foi aligeirar a nomenclatura das categ. (uma das maiores criticas de sempre), reduzindo-as ao menor nº de sílabas necessárias. Por isso, como diz o Hugo, ñ há alterações de maior nas categ. em si, só nos nomes; Melhor Cartoon Nac./Est. continua a contemplar os géneros de obras que o Hugo indicou, bem como no Melhor Livro Técnico continuamos a considerar catálogos, ensaios, monografias, revistas especializadas etc – razão pela qual a revista O Western na BD Portuguesa pôde figurar ali.
(Para ñ se confundir, talvez ñ fosse de descartar uma nomenclatura do tipo “Melhor Edição Técnica”, por exemplo…)

Obviamente não nos passa pela cabeça criar categorias p/ cada género literário. Não ganharíamos para os troféus em si e isso diluiria a competitividade entre títulos, que já não são tantos quanto isso a nível nacional…

A questão do fanzine já é mais difícil, pois é o formato que (actualmente) mais fronteiras esbate no que toca à edição. No caso do V+5, seja formato-revista ou livro, é assumido como “fanzine”. Ok. Porém, possui entidade editora legalizada e dept. legal, só ñ ISBN (que importa menos neste caso, sendo que ñ sai do circuito feiras e festivais). Todavia, como edição tutelada pelo edil de Beja – como acontece com qq edição municipal ou estatal – está automaticamente abrangido pela legalidade dessa chancela.
De acordo com o nosso regulamento, tem condições suf. para ser tido como Revista. Como tal, só a pausávamos a Fanzine se porventura a Bedeteca de Beja insistisse em que reconhecêssemos o título dessa forma. É justo.

Em todo o caso, vou levar estas questão aos outros elementos de júri. Obrigado.
