sorry my englisch is not zo good but i try to write my question..
i am looking for a friend from my family and he live's somewhere in portugal
whe nows he say one day the name vila franca but now whe know there are many
vila francas... (de xira . do roasario, da beira and more...) so maybe you can help me...

my familly lose all the contact with him but they will know how he is and they
miss him.. so i will try to make them happy to find him and, ask him to comes
to suprice my familly..
the only thing that i now is that his name is filipe (e)manuel medeiros
is and that his day of born some where on dec 1974...
and that he works in many countrys as a welder
i whas looking on de 118 telephoon pages but he lives in the house from his
father so i can not find him...
i can not call that people there because i can not speak portugues...
so my question is: is there a office or a special house or someone who
my can help to find this men...whe here in holanda have the municipality house
where they can help you so mabey its in your country the same..
my portugees and englisch is so bad so its not so easy..
i hope you can help me with a email number of foon nummer from someone
who can help me so i can make my
familly happy
